- Your description of the dispute
- Payment information (processed securely by Stripe; we do not store card numbers)
How We Use Your Information
- To generate your demand letter
- To process your payment
- To send you follow-up reminders about your demand letter deadline
- To connect you with an attorney if you request a consultation
AI Processing
Your dispute description and personal details are sent to Anthropic's Claude AI for document generation. Anthropic processes this data according to their API Terms of Service. Anthropic does not use API inputs to train their models. We do not use your data to train any AI model.
Information Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. Your submission details are kept confidential and are not shared with any attorney unless you explicitly request a consultation. We share information only with:
- Stripe (payment processing)
- Anthropic (AI processing — your facts are sent to generate the letter; not used for model training)
- Mail delivery providers (only if you purchase mail delivery)
Data Retention
We retain your submission data for up to 1 year after creation to support follow-up communications and potential attorney referrals. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
Security
We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and secure database storage.
