Document Preparation Service

Demanding.ai is a document preparation service operated by Lit Law LLC. It is NOT a law firm. It does NOT provide legal advice, legal representation, or legal services of any kind. Using this service does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and Demanding.ai, Lit Law LLC, or any other entity or person.

No Attorney-Client Relationship

No attorney-client relationship is formed by using Demanding.ai. The information you provide is used solely to generate a document based on general legal principles. If you need legal advice specific to your situation, you should consult a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction.

No Guarantee

Demanding.ai makes no guarantee or warranty about the accuracy, completeness, or effectiveness of any document it generates. Demand letters are informational tools and do not guarantee any particular legal outcome. The laws cited in your letter are based on AI analysis and should be verified by a licensed attorney before relying on them in court.

Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for reviewing the contents of your demand letter before sending it. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the facts stated in the letter. You are responsible for any consequences that result from sending the letter.

Attorney Referral

Demanding.ai may offer to connect you with a licensed attorney for a consultation. Any such referral does not create an attorney-client relationship. An attorney-client relationship is created only when you and the attorney execute a written engagement agreement. Attorney services are provided by independent, licensed attorneys and not by Lit Law LLC.

Artificial Intelligence Disclosure

You are interacting with an artificial intelligence system when you use Demanding.ai. Your demand letter is generated by AI, not by a human attorney. AI systems can produce errors, including:

  • Citing statutes that do not exist or have been repealed
  • Mischaracterizing legal standards or penalties
  • Generating case names or citations that are fabricated ("hallucinations")
  • Misapplying law to your specific facts

You must verify all legal citations and statements in your letter before sending it or relying on them in any legal proceeding.

Scope of Service

Demanding.ai generates demand letters ONLY. It does not prepare:

  • Court filings, pleadings, or motions
  • Real property documents (deeds, leases, property transfers)
  • Family law documents (divorce, custody, child support)
  • Wills, trusts, or estate planning documents
  • Immigration documents
  • Criminal defense documents

Geographic Limitation

Demanding.ai currently serves Texas residents sending demands to Texas addresses only. The statutes cited in your letter are based on Texas and federal law.

Statute of Limitations Warning

Legal claims are subject to statutes of limitations — deadlines after which you lose the right to sue. Sending a demand letter does NOT stop or extend any statute of limitations. If your deadline to file a lawsuit is approaching, consult a licensed attorney immediately. Demanding.ai does not track or calculate limitations periods for your specific claims.

  • This service uses artificial intelligence to generate legal documents
